Guide: Damage Calculator

The Damage Calculator answers “how hard does this build hit that target?” It uses Apogeawiki combat formulae, supports importing lodge builds for attacker and target, and keeps state in the URL so you can share a setup.

   Open Damage Calculator

   Tools → Damage Calculator (route /damage-lab).

   Import from builder

   In the Attacker dropdown, choose Use a build / Use another build to load a lodge build or paste a builder URL. That fill is your offense.

   

Set who you are hitting in the Target block below the attacker. You can pick a creature (PvE) or another player build (PvP). Armor, resistances, and related defenses change mitigation and effective damage.

• PvE — choose a creature from the picker so defenses match what you actually hunt.
• PvP — load a second build into the target block (defender). Import both attacker and target builds, then compare.
• You can still tweak individual fields after import if you need a what-if scenario.

Use the result summary for hit damage, mitigation, and DPS shown under the form. Compare two URLs (before/after a gear swap) instead of trusting a single absolute number.

Calculator state is stored in the query string. Use Copy link at the top of the page (or copy the URL) after you are happy with the setup.
